NuBinU Spa Policy
Arrival Time
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to complete a patient intake and the necessary consent forms. We always leave the option open for our patients to fill out their paperwork before arriving at their scheduled appointment via email.
Booking Fees
Every patient is required to pay a booking fee before their scheduled appointment. Our booking fees apply to treatments in the office that are performed/made at the time of appointment. Should you choose not to get treated this fee is kept by our office as a consult fee for our practitioner’s time. The fee structure is noted under each respective service on our booking page should you book online or will be disclosed to you should you book over the phone. Our booking fee ensures that our provider's time is protected against late cancellations and no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hour advance notice to cancel any service at no charge. Any changes or cancellations made by the patient after the 48-hour window will forfeit their respective booking fee. This will also apply if you do not show up for your appointment. Two consecutive reschedules will require a prepayment for the desired service before any future bookings can be made. Any no-call no-show cancellation will require prepayment for the desired service before any future bookings can be made as well.
No call No show
Any no-call no-show cancellation will require prepayment for the desired service before any future bookings can be made. If you are a no-call no-show but have several future appointments already scheduled, we reserve the right to cancel any future appointment until prepayment has been made.
Standing Appointments
We are happy to schedule your service as a recurring appointment whenever you'd like and if the appropriate time on the schedule works for you. Standing appointments are subject to our Cancellation Policy and will incur a $100 charge for appointments booked for all injectables. A $50 charge will be incurred for appointments booked for facial treatments. If you do not show up for two (2) consecutive appointments, we reserve the right to cancel any future appointments.
Late Arrival
If you are running late for your appointment, we require our patients to give us a call at 847-350-9575 and notify our front desk of your ETA. All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not a guarantee. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other patients. Rescheduling your appointment may be necessary. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled to the next available appointment time and respective booking fees will not be refunded.
Return Policy On Products
We will be happy to accept returns on unopened/undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. All refunds are for NuBinU CREDIT ONLY for future purchases. We do not offer cash refunds.
Refunds for Services
We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome. As stated in our consent forms, “I understand that the results of my treatment cannot be guaranteed. I understand that my results may vary based on the following factors: skin type, area of the body being treated, and post-treatment care. I understand I may require multiple treatments to obtain the desired results”. It is up to the discretion of our patients to move forward with treatment after the consent form is signed and before said service is rendered.
Pricing & Promotions
We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology and treatment techniques. Although we make every effort to keep our website and service menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Our office works in conjunction with applicable rewards programs (i.e. Aspire and Alle) to obtain rewards points earned on previous injection services rendered or gift cards that were purchased through the manufacturer’s website.
Provider Requests
We respect your desire to be scheduled with a particular treatment provider but we may not always be able to meet special requests due to illness, vacation, and unforeseen schedule changes.
Practice-Patient Relationship
We love having you as our patient, but NuBinU Inc reserves the right to refuse appointments or services to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Age Requirements
IL state law requires patients be 18 years of age or older to receive medical treatments at NuBinU Inc, unless a parent or guardian is present in the treatment room during the service. Children under 18 are not permitted in our office unattended unless a service is being performed on said patient. Special services are available for children under the age of 18. Please call our office for additional information.
Payment
All major credit cards and cash are accepted. We also accept Cherry and Care Credit financing on treatments valued at $1,500 or more, or at the discretion of your provider. Any gift cards, coupons or treatment packages must be mentioned at time of booking.
Insurance
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to work with your insurance company to gain coverage for the services we provide. These services are considered to be “out of pocket” and 100% the patient’s financial responsibility.
Parking
NuBinU Inc. is happy to offer parking both in the front and back lot to our patients. If you have any trouble locating our office, please give our office a call at 847-350-9575 and someone will be happy to assist you.
Transparency
It is of utmost priority to our company that we ensure you understand the treatments you receive, including benefits and potential risks. Please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and that are medically appropriate for you based on your health history and consultation with your provider.
